A delicious shortbread cookie, infused with the floral essence of Tahitian Vanilla and toasted macadamia nuts.

For my Pualani shortbread cookie, I wanted a flavor that complements the flower-shaped design of the cookie itself. Tahitian vanilla, unlike the more commonly used Madagascar vanilla, offers a distinctively floral profile with hints of cherry.
