Brittle on the Beach!

Beach Brittle is made from coconut chips and macadamia nuts covered in a light caramel brittle, together with golden pineapple and tiny shortbread cookie seashells! 

I came of with the idea of Beach Brittle one day when I was walking on the beach on the north shore of Kauai collecting beach glass and sea shells.
